When returning any fertilizer, customers need to contact us within the specified time frame for refunds and exchange.

You can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product

Not Happy with Your Order?

If you are not happy with your purchase or it seems to be different than what you expected, please contact us here. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions to make sure you have the best experience with your orders.

The customer holds the responsibility for the costs when returning and shipping the product back to our place.

Note that all items returned must be in unused condition. They must still be in their original packaging and witht the exact weight.
We will refund or replace the item upon arrival to our place.
