By making a purchase from or using the our website means you have agreed to this terms and conditions. If you request to have access to all your personal information to have it changed or removed, please simply contact us. Please note that our online store also uses cookies to improve your experience browsing the website.

 

3. Confirmation of Purchase

 

Upon receiving your order, we will send to your email address an electronic invoice to confirm your purchase. It is strictly important that you provide your correct email address when you place your order. Email address is also important for facilitating contact with customer service in the future. At the same time, the order confirmation serves as your proof of purchase.

 

4. Payment of Purchases

 

To pay for your purchases, you can either use your credit or debit card, PayPal, Google or Apple Pay. We do not store any of the user’s credit card number. When paying using your card – with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express – rest assured it will securely be transferred over the Internet. We ensure to transfer your payment in our secure encryption and strict banking standards.

We send your card details directly to the bank, which no other bank can read or access except yours. We do not charge extra costs for your payments using your card. However, depending on the card and bank you use, you may have an additional fee charged by the bank. Remember that as soon as you pay using your card, the starting conditions apply at the moment of the payment’s approval. Our bank reserves the right to cancel your order if failure to receive payment after a certain period.

 

5. Taxes

 

All the prices you see on or online store include Value Added Tax based on the applicable laws. Please remember that if your order’s shipment is to an address outside of the US, there are taxes and import duties to which it may be subject, which the Customs collect when your shipment reaches the delivery address.

You are responsible for the payment of these taxes and import duties. We do not hold any control over the taxes and tariff charges, as different countries have different import laws and charges. As such, we cannot predict how much they will charge. It will be your responsibility to know about these charges and pay for them. It is advisable that you contact the local customs office in your area about this matter.

 

6. Ordering

 

We will likely report cases of orders made using another person’s name without his/her consent, to proper authorities. We have the right to change prices on the website, if there are incorrect prices on any orders. If your order’s price is incorrect, we may feel compelled to cancel this order. We will refund any amount paid in the best way possible.

 

7. Shipping and Cancellations

 

Momentarily Mugieland ships to US only.

After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order the same day.

Costumer will receive a tracking number to the email provided after purchase. Tracking number is sent after order has been processed and shipped. Orders will ship the same day if purchase is made before 1:00pm

Standard shipping takes 2 to 5 days (unless notified on a specific item).

We will not take responsibility with the refund or resend package if the tracking information shows the order is delivered. If you did not receive the package withing 10 days, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

If the tracking information shows that the product was lost, you do have the right to request a refund or a replacement for that order. Contact us at [email protected].

In case a product was discontinued, we hold the right to cancel the order and provide the customer a refund of the amount paid. If there is an available replacement or any equivalent product, we can and will notify the customer in case he or she wishes to avail.

Costumer is able to cancel any order, before product is shipped.

We will not cancel any order if the cancelation request is made after shpping the product.

 

8. U.S. Returns & Refunds

 

When returning products, customers need to contact us within the specified time frame for Refunds and Exchange.

You can report your product within 7 days of receiving it.

 

    Not Happy with Your Order

    If you are not happy with your purchase or it seems to be different than what you expected, please contact us. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions to make sure you have the best experience with your orders.

    The customer holds the responsibility for the costs when returning and shipping the product back to our place.

    Note that all items returned must be in unused condition. They must still be in their original packaging and witht the exact weight.
    We will refund or replace the item upon arrival to our place.

    We hold the right for adjusting prices, specifically on additional costs, product offers as well as changes in product information, including product pictures, even without notice. The available product information and images reflect the product as best as possible. Our store reserves the right if there are any errors appearing on the page.

    We can not guarantee the accuracy of each product nor their true appearance. Depending on the settings of the computer or device used in accessing the website, the visual look of the product pictures may differ. We also do not guarantee the correct appearance and physical characteristics of the product as they all should be seen only as illustrations.

     

    10. Complaints

     

    Upon receiving the order, it is vital that the customer carefully inspects the product to determine and verify that everything ok. If the product got damaged during transport, whether it is hidden or visible, we advise that you report it immediately to the carrier.

    If you noticed that the product you received has damaged or is not the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the product. If you have any complaints, please contact us. In order to best attend to your complaints, we advise that you provide the order number and the reason for your complaint.

    Once your complaint is received, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions. When you return damaged products to us, please treat them as if these items do not have any flaws and ship them carefully. No matter the type of return, it is important that every item shipped was carefully packed so it will not sustain any damage while on transit.

     

    11. Liabilities and Penalties

     

    We have limited responsibility for product faults and errors related to delivery based on the existing sale conditions. The store has no responsibility, direct or indirect, to the product’s incompatibility or delays of delivery, any data loss, website downtime, or economic harm when accessing the website.

    The store shall be excused from damage liabilities as well as other consequences on the contract’s performance when prevented, delayed, or hindered by circumstances that we cannot control.
