How long does delivery take?

2 to 5 business days. 

Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as delays in holiday seasons. Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, the shipment may take longer.

When will I get my tracking number?

You can track your order from your account, from the email received after your order was made or from USPS website. Tracking number is provided by email or going to your account. 

I made a purchase and I never got my tracking number ?

Can I use multiple addresses on one order?

You need to contact us at [email protected]. We will be happy to help.

Where do we ship from?

From our small farm located at Wildwood Georgia.

Do you sell elsewhere?

You can buy on Ebay, Facebook Market, Mercari or coming to our place.

Do you sell more than 25 or 50 lbs?
We can, but we dont ship this amount, you will need to come and pick up. Contact us for more details.
How do I cancel my online order?

Contact us before you product is shipped. If you got a tracking number by email is too late to cancel your order. You can always return the product, read Refund and Returns Policy

How do I return an item?

After contacting us we will provide details to return your item.

When will receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, you will see the refund amount on your payment account within 3-7 business days with PayPal and 8-15 business days with Credit Card, depending on the process of your bank.

In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance.

Of course you can. Your indoor plants will love it.

How much is too much of your fertilizer?
Aplication rates are indicated in the package or on the product page, but don’t worry, You will never burn a plant with Alfalfa, Kelp or Azomite.
